SRM offers one time cleaning services when a tenant vacates or when a building just needs to be freshened up. SRM also offers on-going cleaning contract to accomodate common areas of hallways of residential or commercial buildings.
PROPERTY INSPECTIONS
SRM is able to meet with any property inspector such as a City or HUD inspector. SRM can handle the inspection process from beginning to end to assure that any findings are addressed quickly and accurately. SRM is also available for a pre-inspection walk through of your property to help alleviate and findings.
TENANT SERVICE REQUESTS
If you are a porperty owner who handles the day to day management operations of your rental property, but would like to be free from handling service requests, SRM can take the calls for you and address resident's requests as appropriate. You will be free from the worry that your tenant would be unable to reach you and avoid costly damage to your property.
